Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the LinkNord website and any sourcing, brokerage or consultancy services provided by LinkNord Sourcing & Brokerage. By using our website or engaging our services you accept these Terms.

LinkNord acts as a sourcing intermediary and broker connecting buyers with manufacturers and suppliers. Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, LinkNord does not act as the seller of goods.

Quotations, orders and contracts for the supply of goods are formed directly between the buyer and the selected manufacturer or supplier. LinkNord may assist in negotiations but final contractual terms are the responsibility of the contracting parties.

Our fees or commission structure are agreed in advance and documented in writing. Payment terms, invoicing and any refundable deposits will be set out in the service agreement or proposal.

All communications and shared documents between LinkNord and clients are treated as confidential. We can sign a mutual NDA on request. Clients must not contact suppliers introduced by LinkNord in a way that circumvents agreed commercial arrangements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkNord’s liability for damages arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to direct damages up to the total fees paid to LinkNord for the specific engagement. We do not warrant supplier product performance or compliance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Parties will first seek to resolve disputes amicably; if unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
